At Castle Rock Medical Center, we are committed to providing timely access to our providers. The Walk-In Clinic is available Monday-Friday for our patients. Depending on the level of care you need and the time of day you show up, we will do our best to assure that your provider sees you that day.

At Castle Rock Medical Center, we offer the following adult vaccines:

  • Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough)
  • Hepatitis A, B and C
  • HPV
  • Influenza
  • Pneumococcal (pneumonia)
  • Meningococcal (meningitis)
  • Measles, mumps and rubella (MMR)
  • Shingles

Vaccinations are a readily available, safe and cost-effective way to prevent serious illnesses and death in adolescents and adults as well. Don’t overlook your own need to be immunized. Immunizations are still the best protection against vaccine-preventable disease and immunizing adults is key to a healthy future for everyone.

We recommend all adults review the CDC Immunization Schedule to make sure you are up to date on recommended vaccines.

We also offer all children’s state mandated vaccines.

We provide in house testing for routinely ordered lab tests. Written orders are accepted from any qualified provider both in or out of state.

We also use LabCorp as a reference laboratory. Patients may be billed separately, depending on their insurance coverage.

Our laboratory is open Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.

Our medical images are managed by a fully digital environment referred to as PACS (Picture Archive and Communication System). Our PACS allows us to share radiology images with Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County, University of Utah Hospital, Primary Children’s Hospital and Premier Bone & Joint. We offer same day appointments and competitive rates.

Radiology exams are read and billed separately by the radiologists at Medical Imaging Associates. Their billing office phone number is: 208-552-5761 or toll free at: 866-524-4736.

The radiology department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am- 6:00 pm.

Since 1978, Castle Rock Ambulance Service has provided emergency medical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to Green River and the surrounding area. Our EMS staff is comprised of State Certified Emergency Technicians, BEC’s and Paramedics who are committed to the highest standards of clinical care, maintaining all appropriate credentials and continuing education to ensure compassionate, quality care for our community.

Our staff is Advanced Life Support (ALS) certified and equipped to begin crucial care immediately upon arrival and continue that care throughout the trip to the hospital. Coordinated efforts with the Green River Fire Department and Green River Police Department support the EMS initiative in providing public safety and excellent care.

Our staff works diligently to serve the community providing 911 emergency response, special operations/disaster response and community event coverage. We also provide community education programs such as CPR and first aid classes.

American Heart Association CPR classes Classes are taught the first three Wednesdays of the month starting at 9 a.m. and lasting about 4 hours. There is a 6 person limit to each class. You will get a confirmation email to confirm your date.
